Nicholas Wilton
 | Nick has had success both in front of and behind the camera since his first role in 1980. For those of us who grew up in the 80s, we enjoyed Nick’s scripts when we watched Smith & Jones, Spitting Image and Not the Nine O’Clock News. The younger generation may have seen him in the hilarious Specsavers ‘Sauna’ advert with Gordon Ramsey (click here to watch it on YouTube!), on Eastenders as the recurring character of Mr Lister, the market inspector or in his annual role as a panto dame. Along the way, Nick has won a Perrier award, a Sony Award and a BAFTA! Not bad for someone whose English report once said “Seeks too often to be comical, which is very difficult to do effectively.” |
